The White Lodge Policies
Front desk is open every day from 08:00 to 21:00 hours. Contact the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the check-in. Use the contact information included in the confirmation of the reservation.
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to arrival date to avoid fees.
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.
Extra person policy:
There’s an extra person charge of $75 USD (includes extra bed in some types of room).
11-year old children and younger are not allowed. There are no cribs available.
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
